Since sales and key account managers can’t always be gathered in-house for days at a time, a digital offering that uses modern learning techniques is clearly the way forward, both for Clarity and its clients. Clarity had the added challenge of requiring a fast-turnaround as one of their largest pharmaceutical clients was waiting on the final solution.
Logicearth worked with Clarity to transform its 4 Zones™ of Customer Engagement from a classroom-only programme to one that is high impact, blended and digital, with a focus on micro-learning. We transformed a 5-day classroom programme into 5 highly engaging modules in a rapid response, 3-month turnaround, working with the global team of project stakeholders and subject matter experts.
The result was a series of a series of animated explainer videos, interactive exercises and guided conversations, giving busy sales and key account management teams a practical, flexible resource that they can dip in and out of, keeping their learning continuous and topped up.
